"My practice is centered on the client relationship.  My goal is to listen to a       client's needs in order to build a productive and efficient working relationship, whereby we can simply and creatively address legal needs and create sound business-oriented legal solutions tailored to a client's unique situation.  In addition to the practice of law, I have many years of experience in public speaking and legal education.  My passion for teaching helps me educate my clients, so that they understand all of the planning options and solutions we develop together." 

      Suzanne was formerly a partner with the national law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP.  Her practice focuses on addressing the unique legal needs of families and family businesses. Suzanne has an undergraduate degree in economics and accounting, which has helped her gain a practical and technical understanding of financial and business issues.  Suzanne has extensive experience in estate planning, elder care law, asset protection planning, business succession planning, philanthropic planning, and family office management. In addition, Suzanne is a partner in, and serves as President and Chief Legal Officer to, a large private investment firm (Madison Ventures Plus, LLC www.madisonventuresplus.com) and its portfolio companies, giving her significant experience in all aspects of corporate transactions, joint ventures, debt and equity capital raising, and contract negotiations.
